This notice explains what happens to the details you give us through this website or by phone.

Who we are

Wymondham Resin Driveway (wymondhamresindriveway.co.uk) is run by Frankie Ansell, who is responsible for your details. Contact: 01953 669267.

What we collect

Your name, phone number, postcode, the job you need, any notes you add, the page you sent the form from and the choices you ticked. If you call, an automated (AI) receptionist may take the same details. The call is not audio recorded, but it is transcribed and turned into a written summary that is emailed to us.

Why we use it

To deal with your enquiry and contact you about it. We pass your details to an independent local resin installer only if you give permission, by ticking the optional box on the form or saying yes on the phone. We send each enquiry to one business, which uses your details to contact you about a quote and the work. Any contract for the work is between you and that business.

Who receives it

Website forms are handled by Cloudflare, which saves your enquiry in our customer system (HighLevel) and emails a copy to our inbox. Calls are answered through Twilio (phone service) and Vapi (automated receptionist, transcription and summary). We do not sell your details or use them for marketing.

If you would rather not use the automated receptionist

You can end the call at any time and send the enquiry form on this website instead. Nothing you say is passed to a resin installer without your permission.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to 12 months, then delete them, unless you become a customer and records are needed for longer.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by calling us. If you are unhappy with how your details are handled you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
